Prior to becoming a certified trainer Becca was a respected dance instructor and choreographer. Having studied dance and all of its genres,some professionally, Becca understands the human body, the critical importance of proper technique and working around injuries.
Her extensive background in competitive dance and sports exposed her to a variety of training methods which she has molded into creative workout systems that gets fast results.
Becca appreciates the time limitations of an active lifestyle. One of her motivations for becoming a fitness instructor was to show people with a busy schedule how to stay in shape through high intensity workouts that are short yet very effective.
Becca constantly keeps herself up to date with fitness trends and regularly adds new certifications to enhance training options for her clients.
