Colleen grew up with a passion for sport and physical activity – she played competitive hockey and soccer in high school, danced competitively for her local dance studio, and rowed at university. She became certified as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer when she was eighteen years old. She graduated from the Physical and Health Education program at Queen’s University, focusing on ensuring that all populations are able to achieve a healthy active lifestyle, from children to older adults to people with disabilities.
Colleen brings her knowledge, experience and passion to the gym every time she meets with a client. She has extensive experience working with clients of various ages and abilities. Regardless of what your fitness goals may be, Colleen will both challenge you and keep you safe to make sure you can be the best you can be.
