Director of Athletic Development
Hugo Lopez brings a variety of skills and tools to help his athletes and clients gain the athletic edge in whatever their competition or goal may be. He attended University of Waterloo where he spent his time studying Health and Business, running Track and Field (60mH and 200m relay) where he holds the current hurdles record since 2009, and playing football for the Waterloo Warriors. He finished his university Career at University of Toronto where he was drafted to the CFL as the 14th overall pick by the Edmonton Eskimos in 2011. He is a seasoned CFL vet and brings great experience into his training and coaching methods.
This has lead him to be a passionate coach/trainer with an in-depth understanding of what an athlete's body endures in and out of season, and is able to safely push athletes to their limits under strategic programming. He has trained a wide variety athletes and clients, from the minors to the pros. His attention to detail and proper implementation of technique keeps his athletes and clients healthy and constantly improving. He takes great pride in his clients attaining the best results possible!
