Peter Khang is a graduate from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. A Sports Therapist specializing in neuromuscular techniques, Chinese meridian therapy and nutritional balance for optimal sports performance. As well, a Registered Massage Therapist licensed within the province of Ontario.
He has studied and incorporated an Asian based biomechanical system for human movement. This allows a unique perspective of functional biomechanics applied in all sports, to utilize the minimum amount of force to dominate an opponent, incorporating destabilizing/impact vs stabilizing/deflecting techniques.
Peter is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), an international authority on strength and conditioning; supporting and disseminating research-based knowledge and its practical application to improve athletic performance and fitness.
