Marcus graduated from the University of Western Ontario (UWO) in 2015 with a bachelor's degree with distinction in Kinesiology. He has gone on to pursue a career in chiropractic and is currently in the process of finishing his Doctorate of Chiropractic in the Spring of 2019.
While at UWO, Marcus played for the varsity baseball team while also attaining his certified strength and conditioning specialist certificate through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. To this day Marcus still enjoys playing competitive baseball as well as various recreational sports that he played while growing up in Guelph, Ontario. Through his training experience, Marcus has developed relationships with some of the leading strength and conditioning coaches in professional hockey and lacrosse.
Marcus' goal through strength and conditioning is to optimize human movement and performance. He uses his vast sporting experience and knowledge in exercise prescription, movement assessment, and nutrition, to design a program to help you reach your goals! While working with Marcus you can expect a challenging and intense workout geared towards helping you attain a healthier lifestyle!
