F.I.T stands for Functionally Integrated Training and aims to draw from multiple modalities of fitness to create a truly unique fitness experience. Rather than glorify or condemn different methods of training, we draw from many disciplines and use them to help our clients to transform their bodies in ways they could have never imagined.

Exercise is a process unique to each individual which is why its a superior way to tone up and burn compared to the many quick fix alternatives in the industry today. The premise of the F.I.T training system always revolves around the client’s goals and aspirations, and its appropriate whether your goal is to lose 30lbs or to compete in sports at an elite level.

With the principals of F.I.T we strive to make our clients stronger, improve stability of their joints, increase cardiovascular capabilities, and restore flexibility. The process is strategically designed and is constantly evolving like your progress does along the way. Most importantly its challenging and fun, keeping clients engaged is our way of making them accountable to achieving their goals.

I started working with Adam as a young 14 year old, preparing to tryout for the Under 16 Canadian Men’s Basketball team. After about a month of working with Adam, I felt more explosive, and I was in the best shape of my life. I made the team and, have played on the junior national team every year since. I am 18 now, and I play for the Harvard Men’s Basketball team. I have developed from a young, scrawny kid, into a much stronger, more fluid and competent athlete since fist meeting Adam. Adam customizes his workouts, to meet the needs of the individual. Overall, l he is a pleasure to work with. He knows how to deal with people, and how to find the best way to motivate you throughout your workouts. I have had an amazing experience working with Adam through the years. I look forward to our continued relationship as he helps to push me along the way to achieving all my goals athletically.

Chris Egi

Ever since my son, Brady was a baby, he loved to eat! So, even though he was always a very good athlete, he struggled with his weight and was not reaching his full potential in hockey and baseball. So, we enlisted Adam to help him get fit. When he first started 2 years ago, he could not do 1 push-up…now he can do 45! Not only is he way more fast, agile and strong, he is also happy, confident and really fun to be around! This past fall, he was asked to join a AAA baseball team and was also selected as Captain of his hockey team by his teammates. As a parent, I could not be more happy and proud of how far his hard work has brought him. He could not have done it without Adam’s guidance and friendship. Brady Fisher

I have always been very active and did most of my training on my own along with some group classes. I had decided upon a recommendation to try personal training and was referred to Glen by Fit Studio’s. I really had no idea what my potential was until I started doing the one on one training with Glen. It not only affected my physical strength but I also noticed that I was feeling more confident in general. As my confidence grew I began to think of what my training goals for the coming months would be and decided to jump right out of my comfort zone and do a figure competition in March of this year. Glen immediately took the challenge and started to create a training plan. I can honestly say that I wouldn’t be in a place to make this decision to compete if I didn’t have such a great trainer. Glen really takes time to listen to my needs. He has developed a training program that is challenging and keeps me on my toes. His incredible knowledge and his background as a strength and conditioning coach create challenging yet fun training sessions. Just the right mix of serious and funny. Being a teenager it can be pretty intimidating not being the most “fit” person in your group of friends. After being called various different names that were discouraging, I knew it was time for a change.

Ive been training with Adrian for the past two years now. Every time I come to train he pushes me to the best of my ability. Once I started to see results, I would leave the gym feeling great which always motivates me to keep coming back. One of the most rewarding feelings is not only when you start to realize results, but also the people around you that you see everyday realize them as well.

Although that I have not achieved my goal; day in day out, I just give it my all. Now when I go out I feel much more confident, happy and healthy and I hope to maintain this feeling for a very long time.

Our two boys age 10 and 13 trained with Andrew Cairns at Fitstudios for over a year. Our boys loved training with Andrew. He encourage the boys to push themselves. He was great at motivating them to do better and you could definitely see the progress. Andrew knows how to make workouts different and challenging. I haven’t felt this strong and well in a long, long time! I started training with Sab 4 months ago as I was suffering from considerable pain and needing significant rehabilitation. Having recently given birth to our third child, I wanted to improve my physique, reduce my pain, and become strong and healthy. Working with Sab has helped me to achieve all this and more! I am more toned, so much stronger, and my pain has reduced immensely to the extent that on many days I don’t even think about it anymore! For someone like me who lived in pain on a daily basis, this is a miracle! Sab has been a very attentive and committed trainer and I have found him to always listen to my needs. The results I have achieved to date are largely due to Sab’s perfect combination of diverse training methods, and individualized exercise program and challenging yet achieve goals.
