Due to the outbreak of the Covid -19 virus, FitStudios has temporarily suspended operations out of our facility and have shifted all guided programs and coaching online to continue to serve you and your fitness needs.
Your safety and health are of upmost importance to us. So, we are working diligently day and night to come up with solutions to keeping you safe and healthy for when the time does come that we can come back to the gym...
Until then, let the team here at FitStudios continue to do what we do best, and that is keep you healthy and fit.
We have a number of different online, virtual and app-based programs to keep you in tip top shape.
- We are super excited to announce our "Members VIP" Lounge.
In here you will continue to enjoy all of our daily live classes, chat rooms, live Q & A's, nutrition information & meal planning posts, weekly challenges, giveaways and our open forum just for members.
- We have also launched our all new 8 week zoom coaching programs, that allow you to have one of our amazing FitStudios coaches, train you for 8 weeks and show how to stay lean, strong and healthy while in lock down.
During these sessions you will coached by one of our amazing trainers and will be watched, pushed, and motivated to get the most out of your workout. It will be just like having your FitStudios trainer for an in-home session.
- We are also super happy to announce the official launch of our very own custom training app. With our new app, we can load up tailored programs for you using only what you have accessible to you from home. Your coach can closely monitor your workouts, and will get real time feedback on your progress and help keep you accountable to your goals
