Samara Ramsay
Samara is an enthusiastic and committed individual with a desire for improving physical health and enhancing well-being. She specializes in Women’s Health, educating women on their hormone cycles & how they can best support their bodies through movement, nutrition & regulation. Samara has a BA in Sport Psychology & a Graduates degree in Exercise Science & Lifestyle Management. As a Registered Health & Exercise Practitioner, she is passionate about fitness & helping others live a balanced life. She builds on clients’ foundational skills, using mind-to-muscle connections to better utilize muscles at work & optimize training. She believes mindset is everything. Growing up playing sports and throughout her fitness journey, Samara has seen & directly experienced the affect mentality has on performance & growth. Being intentional with movement and aware of barriers, allows one to constantly challenge self and progress beyond set goals. Her ultimate objective is to motivate her clients to become the best version of themselves, encouraging them to push their limitations, both physically & mentally. She emphasizes the importance of wellness in all aspects of self.
