Adam Theodorou-our esteemed founder-isn't just another fitness enthusiast. He's a seasoned professional passionate about helping individuals transform their lives. With a background in Kinesiology and Business, Adam's journey into fitness began in 1996 when he became a certified personal trainer. After managing a team of trainers, he realized that every client is unique, each with their specific desires and challenges.
In 2003, our fitness center was born, driven by Adam's vision to provide tailored fitness programs that embrace all aspects of sport, health, and wellness. Alongside Adam is Ashlea, our center's co-founder. A graduate of Humber College's Fitness and Health Promotion Program, Ashlea's years of field experience allow her to connect with clients of all ages.
Her certifications in Can Fit Pro PTS (Personal Training Specialist) and Can Fit Pro FIS (Fitness Instructor Specialist) reflect her unwavering commitment to providing top-notch guidance.
