William Chan
Being active was always a part of Will’s lifestyle. He grew up practicing a variety of martial arts and found confidence in movement, eventually settling with kickboxing. Nowadays, he strives to build up his body and become the best version of himself. He believes that fitness helps us set goals in life that only we can reach, building a craft that we take pride in ourselves. However, this wasn't always the case. Feeling heavy, stiff, judged, injury-prone and generally unhappy, Will struggled to improve his physical and mental health. Still going through his fitness journey of 8 years, he wants to use his experience to help those who struggle with fitness. He’s determined to help every client surpass their mental barriers and achieve a higher quality of life, whether it be stepping foot into the gym or simply being happy with who we see in the mirror. Will always believes in being kind to ourselves, which is the first step in nurturing a relationship with fitness. The end result is building a long-lasting and healthy routine that will help you live a happier life!
