COACH SHANNON MCCORMICK
Shannon is a Certified Personal Trainer (NCCPT) and graduated with Honours in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Shannon is passionate about improving your life through health and fitness. She has a background in kinesiology and rehabilitation, including working closely with Physiotherapists in designing rehab programs for patients recovering from injuries. Shannon will work with you to ensure that with proper movement, mobility and investment in your health and fitness that you can become the best version of yourself both inside and outside the gym.
So, if you want to live your best life and be more fit and functional, Coach Shannon has you covered and will design a specific workout program to ensure you attain all your goals and have fun doing it!
Shannon has been attentive and attuned to what I needed right from the beginning. She provided tailored workouts to help strengthen my back and I am now able to lift heavier weights without any of the pain or discomfort I had previously. Working with Shannon I saw noticeable improvements in my strength and endurance, but more importantly my confidence as well. Shannon has helped me lose close to ten pounds through the F8 program by focusing on the importance of nutrition, consistency, and healthy habits for sustainable weight loss. Shannon’s determination to help me achieve my goals and the results I’ve seen so far has completely reinvigorated my commitment to myself and this journey. Coach Shannon is by far the best coach I’ve ever had. She has helped reduce pain from previous injuries as well as helped me continue to hit and exceed my fitness goals. I have told so many people about this gym and will continue to do so. They have helped me out so much especially during such a tough year in 2021!
