The Secret to Fitness Success
Hello all, Coach CJ here filling in as a guest on the weekly blog post.
Briefly, about me... I am a Personal Trainer here at FitStudios and have been here training our incredible clientele for the last 2 wonderful years. I specialize in Athletic Development and have an extra passion for working with young athletes who want to become the best they can be...
But, enough about my niche, I want to focus on just that last part I said. That is:
BEING THE BEST YOU CAN BE.
Why wouldn't one want anything less than that? We all want to be the best versions of ourselves. Since this is true for most, if not all the people reading this, I have one (just one) SIMPLE yet GIGANTIC tip for you for how to become the best version of yourself.
What is this secret?
It's nothing to do with overnight success.
It's not even a tremendous amount of work.
It is this... CONSISTENCY!
Let me tell you something I like to say a lot. I always say, "seek to be 1% better every day". That isn't a lot to ask, is it? Just 1% better. Day in, day out, just 1%. And guess what... after 100 days you will be 100% better. That is double! In a matter of as little as that you can become twice the person you were before you adopted this mindset.
So, I ask you:
Do you want to be the best version of yourself?
If so, what are you doing today to become 1% better today, tomorrow and every day thereafter.
Is it a cleaner diet? Is it being accountable to a goal? Is it spending more time investing in those you care about? Is it better physical wellbeing? It can be anything!
Whatever it is, I believe in you! And I, along with the rest of the team would love to support you if you believe we can do so. If not, we support you!
