As a graduate of Humber’s Fitness and Health Promotion Program, I have dedicated my career to supporting women at every stage of life—whether they’re navigating pregnancy, reclaiming their strength post-baby, or striving to feel their best in their bodies at any age! I specialize in pre- and postnatal fitness, weight loss, and strength training, with a strong focus on working moms and women looking to regain their confidence. My approach is designed to fit into busy lifestyles, helping women build sustainable habits, improve their overall well-being, and achieve lasting results. I hold certifications in strength training, exercise nutrition, kettlebell training, TRX, group exercise, CPR and First Aid. My diverse expertise allows me to create customized fitness programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to your unique goals.
