COACH FAIZA, MSc KIN
Faiza Abdullah is a Certified Exercise Physiologist that is dedicated to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals and believes the key to living a healthy life is to achieve a balance and enjoy what you do.
Faiza obtained her Bachelor of Science from York University in Kinesiology and Health Sciences before going on to complete her Masters in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York. Faiza obtained her graduate certificate as a diabetes educator at The Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences. She has gone on to further attain her Functional Movement Screen Certification and Pilates training.
Since graduation, Faiza has had years of experience conducting fitness assessments and providing personalized counselling for patients with health and medical issues. She has a particular interest in chronic disease management, functional training, core training and pre-operative conditioning. In her practice, she seeks to educate clients and patients on their options and help them take their health into their own hands.
When she’s not working, Faiza loves to stay active with anything outdoors as well as playing squash, boxing and yoga.
